FALDO & PALMER COURSES
FALDO COURSE
Nick Faldo, winner of three Masters and three British Open titles, has created a masterpiece at Wildfire. His newest golf creation is the 18-hole course, the Faldo, located directly adjacent to the spectacular Palmer Course. The par 71 layout sits on a 174-acre site, and offers a slight change from the typical Sonoran Desert-theme courses you’re used to playing. It features generous fairways, large bent grass greens and well manicured tee boxes. The backdrop has many mountains and cacti, as well as 106 sand bunkers, reminiscent of the Australian sand belt courses. This course is truly a golfers paradise!
PALMER COURSE
The Palmer Signature Course is a desert-style golf course of championship length (7,170 yards), with generous fairways and beautifully large (average size 7,000 square feet) bent-grass greens. The Palmer Course features from four to six tee boxes on every hole to assist golfers of all abilities. The 415-yard par 4 6th is Palmer's signature hole and is one you’ll never forget.
Wildfire Golf Club also offers state-of-the-art practice facilities for their playing guests, including an all-grass driving range, putting and chipping greens, and a fairway sand bunker. Complete food and beverage service is also available.
Part of JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Wildfire Golf Club boasts a newly built 25,000-square-foot spacious clubhouse; state-of-the-art practice facilities, including an all-grass driving range, putting and chipping greens and a green-side practice bunker; men's and women's locker rooms are also available next to the and expansive golf shop.
Meritage Steakhouse offers some of the best fine wines and Black Angus Prime steaks. The menu also features chicken, seafood and a selection of signature side dishes that will make your mouth water. The restaurant offers views of the fairways, outdoor dining and a welcoming fire pit.
